No easier way to cut your veggies! With this sharp, manually operated mandoline, you will be able to slice up your vegetables in no time. The angled cutting edge of the blade makes slicing easy. You can control the thickness of your slices, ranging from 1-9mm, with a simple adjustment screw that is located on the side of the mandoline. The Julienne setting will allow you to prepare beautiful veggie sticks (4.5mm) as well as french fries (9mm). The Mandoline comes with a separate finger protector (Psst! Must be used at all times). The non-slip feet make it easy to use. Hand wash will increase the product’s lifetime.
