Use the cake edge wrap to create higher cakes than the cake pan. The cake edge wrap also helps in creating clean edges to cakes and makes removing the cake from the pan easy.
Use: cut a suitable piece out of the roll. Place the cake edge wrap between the form and the cake before filling the cake pan. Refrigerate the cake to let it set up well. The cake edge wrap is great for use with mousse and cheese cakes. Psst! Cake edge wrap cannot be used in the oven.
