Remember to butter and breadcrumb the aluminium pan properly.

Handwash. Aluminium is not compatible with the dishwasher. Use warm water, avoiding any strong detergents.

The surface can patinate and it is supposed to stay a bit greasy, which guarantees the best result for your food and a long life for your tray.
