The Royal Pearl -cookware aren’t only beautiful, though! The coating is 100 % PFAS-free and non-toxic for healthy cooking. No harmful PFAS-chemicals have been used in the whole manufacturing process of the items. Read more about the harmful effects PFAS-chemicals have on us people and the nature here. The products are also made of 100 % recycled aluminium. The 4,7 mm thick body won’t bend in use. The products are suitable on all stoves, including induction, and oven at max 220 °C.
Use your non-stick coated frying pan like this:
A PFAS-free and non-toxic coating is more delicate to over heating.
– Never heat a coated pan empty. Always add oil or butter on a cold pan.
– Never heat a coated pan on the highest temperatures of the stove. The maximum temperatures are only for boiling water. Note this especially when using an induction stove.
– Use wooden/plastic, silicone utensils with coated pans.
– Let the cookware cool down before washing. Hand wash the pan with washing detergent and a dish brush after each use. Keep your stove clean, too.
– Hand washing makes the pan last longer.
– Do not store food in a coated pan. The food acids may damage the coating.
Note! Overheating will damage the coating. Never heat a coated pan/casserole empty or leave coated cookware unattended on a stove. Do not use the maximum temperatures of your stove.
Ready marinated products contain a lot of sugar. They can damage the coating as sugar heats up extremely quickly. Use mild temperatures when cooking foods that contain sugar.
