Press the cutter into a rolled sugar mass sheet or marzipan. Press the button and the pattern is formed on the surface of the dough. Lift up and release the cut pattern by pressing the handle button.
You can make the stamen of the lily with dipping the other end of a piece of a noodle into melted chocolate.
