This tangy, zesty and creamy lemon tiramisu is the perfect Easter dessert. The lemon curd filling is wonderfully tangy and sweet. It’s a refreshing twist on the classic tiramisu made for all lemon lovers! It’s super easy to make, and you just have to be a bit patient as you have to let it set in the fridge overnight.

Recipe
Savoiardi biscuits
3 cups / 7,5 dl milk
1 cup / 2,5 dl lemon curd
7,5 dl cream
500 g mascarpone
1,2 dl caster sugar
Instructions
Whisk the cream and icing sugar until the cream is soft, but not thick. Add the mascarpone to another bowl and whisk in the cream. Dip one biscuit at a time into the warm milk and create an even layer on the bottom of the pan. Spread half of the cream on top. Add another even layer of lemon curd. Repeat with another layer of biscuits and cream. Decorate by piping on the cream and lemon curd. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy the next day.
