Wonderfully fresh and tasty finger foods are an easy and slightly different summer treat. .
RECIPE
1 avocado
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
pepper from the mill
a splash of tabasco
1 tbsp olive oil
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and spoon the fruit in a bowl. Mix all ingredients together and let sit.
100 g shrimps
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
cayennepepper
For decoration:
a bunch of parsley cut into small pieces
pepper from the mill
Mix the dry ingredients together. Heat up a fry pan and fry both sides of the shrimp. Add the spice mix.
Cut the cucumber in 1 cm thick pieces. Add some avocado mixture on each piece and top with a fried shrimp. Finish with parsley and black pepper.
