These delicious fish tacos are incredibly easy to make and really tasty! They are an easy alternative to traditional meat tacos, which require a lot of cooking time and ingredients! They are also super easy to make in small and large batches, depending on how many people are eating!

Recipe
(makes 6 tacos)
200 g Alaskan fillet
6 corn tortillas
50g salad cheese
50 g red cabbage
50 g cherry tomatoes
1/2 avocado
100 g creme fraiche
1 tbsp siracha
1 tbsp aioli
limes
garlic powder
salt
pepper

Instructions
Place the Alaska fillets on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Bake them at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, chop all the vegetables. Prepare the sauce by mixing the creme fraiche, siracha and aioli together. Once the fish is out of the oven, start heating the corn tacos in a pan. Take the corn tacos and top with red cabbage, then the fish, the rest of the veggies, crumbled salad cheese, the sauce and finally fresh cilantro!
