A dreamy cheese platter can have pretty much anything in it, but here are some of our favorites.
Lovely soft-flavored Camembert, soft and powerful Blue Cheese, mild and soft, or sharp and potent Manchego (dependent on how long it has aged), and the intense Italian classic Parmesan are all excellent choices for a cheese platter. To create the perfect assembly, make sure to notice that the flavors vary based on their aging time.

This tasty delicacy will sweep everyone off their feet whether it’s served at the Xmas dinner table, or during an evening spent with friends. Camembert has a powerful flavor to it, which makes it a great match with honey. I wanted to add a bit of rosemary, chili flakes, and black pepper to give the dish some kick. The cheese melts and becomes runny in the oven, and the flavors blend in harmony as I dip a piece of bread in it.
Baked Camembert with honey
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place a baking sheet in a small cast iron pan (a blini pan works well) and put the Camembert in it.
Use a knife to make deep cuts in the cheese, pour plenty of honey, and decorate with the rosemary branches. Drizzle chili flakes, sea salt, and black pepper on top. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Serve with crunchy artisan bread, for example!
May the feast begin… Oh and don’t forget a glass of fine wine 🍷
