Cast iron pans
Sturdy cast iron pans become a loyal lifelong friend when taken care of properly!
Cast iron reserves heat excellently and cooks food in low temperatures. Food shouldn’t be stored in a cast iron pan for long as it can rust the pan.
Cleaning: Let the pan cool down and wash the pan with warm water. Dry carefully. A cast iron pan shouldn’t be soaked and soap water is not recommended. Read the separate use and care -leaflet before use.
Psst! Heat the pan carefully on an induction stove as fast fluctuation of heat can damage the pan.
Cast iron remains at its best when used continuously.
