Burrata & blood orange salad

Charred blood orange, creamy burrata and pistachios make for a quick and simple salad that is sure to impress. Vibrant colours and textures collide to create this fun, tasty and delicious salad!

Recipe

2 blood oranges
1 buffala burrata
Handful of pistachios
Handful of pomegranate seeds
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Mint leaves for garnish 
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Peel and slice the blood oranges and assemble them on a plate. Burn the blood oranges with a torch to get a charred surface. Add the buffala burrata, gently pulling it apart. Sprinkle on the chia seeds, crushed pistachios and pomegranate seeds. Finally, sprinkle with salt and pepper and garnish with a few mint leaves.
